Welcome to Sta8mentZ. We stock a wide selection of trendy handbags, jewellery and accessories. Our main focus is to provide our customers with beautiful and quality products at affordable prices. At Sta8mentZ, we strive to provide the very best customer service. Customer satisfaction is our top most priority.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently only deliver to the UK. We offer free standard UK mainland shipping on all orders. We will dispatch parcels from Monday to Friday and will aim to deliver all orders within 3-7 working days. All orders will be delivered by a third party courier.

We will despatch parcels from Monday to Friday and will aim to deliver all orders within 3-7 working days.

In the event you order an item which is out of stock when our website has not already informed you that the item is out of stock, we will contact you by telephone or email as quickly as possible to notify you. At this stage we will cancel and refund your order.

All orders will be delivered by a third party courier.

A signature may be required upon delivery. If a signature cannot be obtained by our chosen delivery company the goods will be returned to the depot, from which you will need to arrange for a re-delivery at your own cost.

We want you to be really happy with your purchase. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us at [email protected] to let us know.

Non-Faulty Goods

Please clearly state whether you require a refund or an exchange. Goods must be returned to us within 14 days from receipt of your goods and you will be responsible for the arrangement and cost of returning the goods to us.

To qualify for a refund the goods MUST be in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. We will not accept any returns for non-faulty items that have been used and/or tags removed.

Once your return is received and inspected by us we’ll contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not. If your refund is approved, we’ll refund the amount to the original card details within 28 days.Β 

If you haven’t received a refund yet where we have told you we have issued one, please check your bank account or card statement to make sure it hasn’t been received and then contact your bank as some banks or card companies take a number of days to credit your account.

Faulty Goods

All items are checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

If you want to return a product that you have identified as faulty or the wrong product was provided to you as a result of our error, you must contact us prior to returning the goods.

We will then inform you on how to return the unopened and/or unused goods. If you have returned the goods to us within the warranty period and we can verify the goods as faulty, we shall offer you a full refund or replacement (depending on stock availability).

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

All Goods

Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the order is returned successfully. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. When returning items we recommend you obtain a certificate of posting, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Although this is at customer’s discretion, please be aware that without proof your item has been received by us, we reserve the right to refuse to give a refund or exchange.

Please pack items suitably to prevent damage in transit. Please include your name, address, order reference number, reason for the return and the action you would like us to take with all returns. You will be liable to pay the cost of returning unwanted products back to us.

You will not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item to us. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer at their own cost. Where provided, straps and all original packaging such as product dust bags have to be included with your return.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Sta8mentZ. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

There is no charge to exchange items for a different style, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping is also chargable on any replacement item.

If an item you purchased was purchased with a discount voucher, then we will only refund the amount that you paid (and not the amount the item was listed for).

If an item you purchased was in a sale then it may not be eligible for a refund if you have changed your mind. If you are in any doubt please contact us before making the purchase.

Sta8mentz is happy to provide a refund or an exchange for items returned in accordance to this policy. All goods which have been returned for refund in line with our Returns and Refunds policy will be credited using the same method originally used by you.

Sta8mentz reserves the right to refuse returns sent or communicated that does not abide by the policy above. In cases where the returns policy has not been followed, we are unable to process a refund or exchange nor can we send the item back to you, unless arranged and paid for by you.

Your Consumer Statutory Rights are not affected by these conditions.
